Hi, I’m Carol. I’ve been at Spirit a long, long time and I’ve had more years experience than I care to mention! My client base ranges in age from 16-60, from edgy to traditional, classic to retro. Although I work right across the board , I really love working with short hair – something I don’t get to do too much of these days with the prevailing trend towards long, straight hair! Anyone fancy a re-style? Come and see me!

Hi, I’m Tanya and I’ve worked at Spirit for seven years, which is a long time in the hairdressing industry! I did my training in the City Centre, at Nicky Oliver, before coming to Spirit. I travel a long way to work here (from Saddleworth), because it’s such a great place to work – it’s like my second family!

I love all aspects of hairdressing but colouring is what I enjoy most – especially when someone wants a total colour change. I like a challenge! I’m here on Thursdays – which is also a late night – and Saturdays. Come and pay us a visit!

Hi, I’m Kirstie and I’ve worked here for ten years. I came here as a stylist after working at different salons in and around Manchester, so I’ve had plenty of experience.

I work three days a week (Wednesday/Thursday/Friday) and I’m here until 8pm. I’m experienced in all aspects of hairdressing but my real preference is for long hair work.
I really enjoy working at Spirit because it’s so relaxed and friendly but the standards are high. Try us and see!

Hi, I’m Paula, Beauty Salon Manageress. Anyone who has visited Spirit will know me as I can often be found on reception. I am responsible for the day to day running of the salon, ensuring each and every client’s needs are met. I enjoy carrying out the many various treatments we offer here at Spirit – my speciality is Lycon Waxing, an exclusive, more gentle aromatherapy based wax used by the stars and ideal for your Brazilian wax and those very tender areas! The whole Spirit team works well together and this creates a pleasant environment for both staff and clients.

Hi, I’m Sarah, the youngest of the team. Having worked in various salons for nine years I became a full time stylist four years ago. Specialising in colouring, finishing and GHD curls, you will find me in the salon Tuesday through to Saturday, working until 8pm each Thursday. Whilst I have a steady client base, I enjoy meeting new clients and working with the team here at Spirit.

Hi, I’m Yvonne. I came to Spirit approximately three years ago, working as a beauty therapist, helping to really develop this side of the salon, and build our client base.

About 18 months ago, I had the opportunity to take ownership of not only the beauty side of Spirit, but the hair salon as well. This was a chance not to be missed, and since taking over I’ve gathered together a fantastic team in hair and beauty, both blending together perfectly.

I absolutely believe that at Spirit we have created a fantastic environment for staff to work in, whilst also offering our clients a professional service in a relaxed and friendly manner. Our creative stylist team, along with our beauty therapists, are on hand to accommodate all clients’ needs and expectations.
